Bourbon Buttered Pecan Ice Cream

One of a bunch of ultra-high quality ice creams from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams.  This is very smooth with a slight saltiness, which is absolutely great.  A little bit of brown sugar adds a nice color.  The bourbon is subtle, but noticeable.  I would LOVE to pair this with a piece of Rum Cake from my recipe.  I think these two together would be the ultimate dessert!!!
